Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

After you choose your sticks and pay, we have a NO REFUND or RETURN POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your Snelly Twigs Sticks and Gear but because we give you 2 Sticks for the price of 1, we have a NO REFUND or RETURN POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

My stick arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. 

What is Shop Pay — Pay in Full or in Installments?

At checkout, you can choose Shop Pay and select how you'd like to pay:

  • Pay in Full — Standard one-time payment via Shop Pay.
  • Pay in Installments — Split your purchase into 4 interest-free biweekly payments. You'll see the exact payment amounts before you confirm — no hidden fees, no surprises.

How much will my installment payments be?

The payment amount depends on your order total. For example, a $269.00 order would be split into 4 payments of approximately $67.25 every two weeks. The exact breakdown is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Is there any interest or fees?

No! The 4 biweekly installment option is completely interest-free. Longer-term monthly plans may apply for larger orders — any applicable interest will always be shown clearly at checkout.

Will applying for installments affect my credit score?

No, choosing Shop Pay Installments does not impact your credit score.

Do I need an account to use Shop Pay Installments?

Yes, you'll need a Shop Pay account to use installments. It's free and quick to set up at checkout.

What order amounts qualify for installments?

Shop Pay Installments is available on orders between $50 and $17,500.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 7 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after fulfillment and receipt of payment. We are currently SOLD OUT and our next shipment will be received sometime in October 2026. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

What flex should I choose?

We offer an 85 flex on all of our Sticks!!

What's the difference between the blade patterns (P92, P28, PM9, P88)?

  • P92 — Mid/toe curve, open face. Great for snap shots and catching passes.
  • P28 — Toe curve, great for snipers who want a quick release and easy puck elevation.
  • PM9 — Traditional mid-heel curve, closed face. Ideal for playmakers and strong backhands.
  • P88 — Heel/mid curve, closed face. Best for passing accuracy and defensive play.

Pre-Orders

When will my pre-order ship?

Currently we are SOLD OUT and our next shipment should be around October 2026. Pre-order estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. We'll send you an email update as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change my stick selection after ordering?

NO. All sales are final.
